Funded by the North Eastern Council (NEC), headquartered at Shillong, Meghalaya under a project implemented by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati. It is one among 30 EDCs set up under the project at different locations spread over the eight North-eastern states.
